Returns & Exchange Policy

Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receiving the  item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied with a receipt.

We would like to highlight that purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

In the event of an exchange ( includes sizing issues as well ), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will NOT be refunded. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Caratique has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Write to us at caratique@gmail.com to initiate your exchange.  We’d be happy to accept them as long as the parcel is handed over to carrier before the date.

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

How do I start the exchange?

Send us an email at caratique@gmail.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

-The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)

-The address where the jewellery will be shipped from

-The email address associated with your Caratique account so we can apply the credit once processed.

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

What happens if my jewellery breaks? (Repairs)

All Caratique products are jewellery is very delicate; it cannot be handled roughly under any circumstance. There's a lot of design planning and visual consideration before we make a piece to maintain its delicate design aesthetic.

However, Caratique is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs.500/- and will increase depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Incase the customer informs about the damage caused from our end or during transit and supports it with imagery within 24 hours of receiving the product, we shall be happy to repair it for you with no additional cost. Discontinued designs cannot be repaired especially if it was purchased from us 6 months ago or more.

Replating Service

We offer replating services at an additional cost of Rs. 550 in which case the customer will be responsible for shipping the product/s to and fro to avail the service.
